There is a deposit of 300€.
1 x car parking space is available on our property.
Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
We ask for your understanding that all flats are non-smoking accommodation.
Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarette outside. You will find an ashtray on your balcony. Please use it and do not throw away your cigarettes.
We also like to celebrate parties, but ask you to strictly adhere to our quiet times between 10 pm and 8 am out of consideration for the other guests!
Under no circumstances should you do without travel cancellation insurance, as the cancellation costs will be charged without exception. We would therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
On request, a cleaning of the flat can be arranged in between for 75€
We are happy to wash your laundry. You will receive a laundry basket from us. This will be returned to you with your folded laundry. Please just let us know.
We charge €25 per basket for the effort involved.
